How Banfana Helps Goldie Locks Through Google Ads

Our main priority for Goldie Locks was distinguishing what was already a really strong brand proposition with a Paid Search strategy that matched.

While Goldie Locks started as a brand that sold exclusively to Stylists, their expansion into the DTC marketplace needed to match the hype the brand had built over the years.

In Search, we primarily sought to expand into longer tail, niche categories that the brand already excelled in. Owning those categories meant that we had a strong base to then go out and find broader queries to own. This proved largely successful as we were able to scale and expand the account into Q4 2024 and beyond the next year.

In Google Shopping, we found a lot of success in both competitor conquesting and luxury verticals. This is because Goldie Locks is a premium brand whose product and price point really appeals to a specific customer. Our product feed optimizations matched that luxury feel, implementing titles and descriptions that told Google exactly who we wanted to go after.

YouTube was a new frontier for Goldie Locks. Our strategy included of targeting both stylists and DTC customers as we ran Geo Hold-Out tests to prove incrementality in specific markets.

As you can see, most of the strategy at Banfana includes allocating key marketing spend to attract new customers through the most profitable channels.
